Some mornings stay with you. The kind where inspiration sits at every table, and you leave feeling more connected, more energized, and more certain that leadership—in all its forms—starts with heart.
That’s exactly how I felt at this year’s Women of Achievement Awards Breakfast, hosted by the Women in Business Alliance of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber. Set at the beautiful TPC Jasna Polana, the event was a celebration of impact, courage, and community.
We gathered to honor three extraordinary women who are shaping New Jersey in powerful ways:
- Ivonne Diaz-Claisse, Ph.D., Founder and CEO of HISPA, whose work inspires Latino youth to reach for futures they once thought out of reach.
- Tricia Baker, Co-founder of Attitudes in Reverse, who brings compassion and courage to mental health advocacy.
- Nina D. Melker, Senior VP of Private Banking at Mid Penn Bank, a leader who uplifts others with every step she takes.
Their stories were moving, their impact undeniable—and their message clear: real leadership means showing up, speaking out, and lifting others along the way.
As always, it was a pleasure reconnecting with so many familiar faces from Mercer County’s nonprofit, healthcare, finance, and business sectors. These are the same leaders we serve every day at Diamond Business Communications—folks who are managing growth, navigating compliance, and keeping operations running with minimal tech support and a whole lot of determination.
If that’s you, and your IT setup is more “duct tape” than dependable, we see you. And we’re here to help.
Whether you’re leading a nonprofit in Trenton, managing a healthcare practice in Hamilton, or scaling a business across Central New Jersey, you deserve IT support that’s reliable, respectful, and ready when you need it.
Because when you’re busy changing the world, the last thing you should worry about is your network going down.
