I had the privilege of attending my first TEDx event 🎤, where Mark Lenhard, CEO of United Methodist Communities, delivered a truly transformative talk on “Re-Envisioning Aging Successfully.” 🌱
Selected from over 800 applicants, Mark shared his visionary perspective on the future of aging, challenging outdated stereotypes and presenting innovative ideas that foster meaning, purpose, and vitality at every stage of life.
Mark’s “hopeful maverick” approach captivated the over 300+ audience 🙌, highlighting the importance of integrating all facets of successful aging—something we at #UMC witness daily through his leadership. It was inspiring to see the public experience firsthand the passion and expertise that drive this organization forward.
