So Many Women, So Much Inspiration – NJCFW 2025Last Friday, I had the pleasure of attending the New Jersey Conference for Women at the Hyatt in Princeton—the largest one-day gathering of professional women in the state. And yes, it absolutely lived up to its reputation.

The day started strong with keynote speaker Melanie Curtis, whose message about stepping outside your comfort zone was both energizing and relatable. It set the tone for a full day of meaningful conversations, reconnecting with familiar faces, and celebrating the women who truly make up the backbone of New Jersey’s business community.

It was refreshing to be in a space filled with encouragement, collaboration, and shared purpose. The closing keynote by Adrianna Carrig, founder of Little Words Project, was the perfect way to wrap up the day—her story of building a brand with heart and authenticity was inspiring.

A big shoutout to the #WIBA Team and Chair Susan Swatski of Hill Wallack, and Gretchen DiMarco.  And the whole team Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber Hal, Christine, Rebecca, and Jordyn—for putting together such a well-run and impactful event.

Grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up, support, and lead.
